ABOUT DAN

Dan Pellinen is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with a B.S. in Health Mgt. (exercise science & nutrition) He played 4 years collegiate baseball and has played a couple years at the professional level. He enjoys helping people reach their goals by finding smarter solutions.  

Methods

My training revolves around long term results. They key building blocks for success in the long-run are:

1. Avoid injury
2.Find a plan that works for you
3. Educate yourself 
4.Continual goal-setting/accountability

Most people fall off eventually without support and accountability, but many can not afford to hire an in person trainer for the long run.  My remote training will give you the knowledge and support you need to stay on track with your goals, without slimming down your wallet!
